Timo Sotavalta (M.Sc, Civil Eng.), a well-known veteran of the Finnish real estate industry, joined Realidea’s team of experts as Senior Advisor on 21 April 2020.
Timo has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector and a substantial career especially in real estate investment and project development. He served as Head of Real Estate at Etera, an employment pension company, for almost 20 years and as Director, Business Development at Elo, also an employment pension company, for the past two years. In these roles, he has contributed to numerous real estate projects, shopping centres and real estate funds.
