Realidea is part of the Suvilahti Event Hub team, whose development proposal won a competition organised by City of Helsinki. The aim is to turn the Suvilahti event district in Helsinki into a year-round cultural and event centre. Realidea is in charge of the project development, contracting, construction management and economy and investor relations.
