By order of the City of Espoo (Premises Department, public utilities), Realidea Oy has started to work as the property development consultant for Espoo House, to be built in Espoon keskus.
Realidea’s consultancy work is related to the requirements plan with the aim of making Espoo House the most important building in Espoo which, in addition to the City Hall facilities, will serve as the centre for, for example, residents’ services, cultural and meeting premises, business premises and commercial services.
The aim is a complete unit which is functional and optimal for the owner and the user in terms of efficient use of space. A feasibility study of the property will be conducted. In addition to investigating the business premises for the project, Realidea’s work will include, among other matters, investigating the current status of business premises in the entire Espoon keskus business district and considering the trading projects in the neighbourhood, and mapping car parking and the municipal service concept.
