The employee experience is measured using the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which indicates employees\u2019 willingness to recommend the company as an employer. In Realidea\u2019s employee survey in 2021, the eNPS recommendation index was 89 on a scale from -100 to +100 (0\u201320 = good; 21\u201340 = very good; 40+ = excellent).<\/p>\n
