Real estate consultant company Realidea Oy has been selected to take care of the overall commercial management and leasing of the commercial properties owned by the eQ Commercial Properties Fund (AIF) Special Investment Fund from 1 June 2023. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The portfolio of the eQ Commercial Properties Fund includes several shopping and local service centres and retail parks especially in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, including Malmin Nova in Helsinki, Bredis, Entresse and Liila in Espoo, and Dixi and Kivis (to open in autumn 2023) in Vantaa.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal as a long-term owner is to responsibly acquire and develop commercial operating environments that support our tenants\u2019 businesses in an ever-changing market. Based on our earlier project cooperation, we are convinced that Realidea\u2019s long experience and proactive and customer-oriented approach will help us to meet the needs of our tenants even better and to jointly develop attractive and diverse retail destinations for consumers,\u201d says Sirpa Lamminluoto<\/strong>, Property Development Director at eQ Commercial Properties.<\/p>\n
