Realidea Oy has been selected as the shopping centre manager for Sello, a major Finnish shopping centre located in Espoo, Finland as of 1 June 2019. Realidea will be responsible for the commercial management of Sello, as well as the management of its administration and maintenance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sello\u2019s current shopping centre organisation will continue in their roles and will transfer from Sello\u2019s current manager company to Realidea Oy. The organisation will be strengthened through input from Realidea\u2019s other professionals. Matti Karlsson<\/strong>, a pioneer in the shopping centre sector, will continue as the managing director of Sello.<\/p>\n

According to statistics published by the Finnish Council of Shopping Centres, Sello was Finland\u2019s second-largest shopping centre in 2018, in terms of square metres, sales and visitor numbers.<\/p>\n
