We are an independent Finnish real estate consulting company, owned by experienced professionals and established in 2018. Our experienced and enthusiastic team is specialised in comprehensive development of real estate, projects and concepts and in leasing and shopping centre management. We serve domestic and foreign property owners, investors, and commercial space users, as well as municipalities across Finland.

Our staff has solid experience and proven success in development, analysis and leasing projects across Finland. We have an extensive and selected partner network that supports our in-house resources in providing our customers with an expert and responsible service.

We are one of the largest shopping centre managers in Finland, managing a total of 18 centres. In 2024, we negotiated the leasing of approximately 78,000 square meters of commercial space.

Our office is located in the heart of Helsinki, and our operating area covers the whole of Finland.

We hold membership in the Finnish (KKY), Nordic (NCSC) and International (ICSC) Council of Shopping Centers, and we are part of the Reliable Partner program of Suomen Tilaajavastuu Oy.
