Drawing on its wide networks, our skilled and active leasing team handles the leasing of premises ranging from offices and business spaces to cafés and restaurants. We have an open operating model – we always carry out our leasing projects in close cooperation with our customers. We also assist chain store businesses in planning their store network across Finland.

In 2024 we leased a total of roughly  78,000 square metres of commercial space across Finland to a large number of clients.
