Shopping Centre Malmin Nova (Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Malminkaari 13–15) was transferred to its new owner, HOK-Elanto, on 30 April 2026. Realidea Oy continues as the shopping center manager, responsible for its commercial management and leasing, and now also for its technical management.
“Malmin Nova is a locally significant retail destination and an important part of the service ecosystem in the Malmi area. We see clear potential for the centre to strengthen its role as a hub for everyday life in its local community. Collaboration with Realidea provides us with a solid foundation for the centre’s systematic and long-term development,” says Ville Reunanen from HOK-Elanto.
