Realidea, a real estate consultant company, has been selected as the manager of the Plaza shopping centre from 1 November 2020. Plaza is located in the centre of Salo, and is owned by the Suur-Seutu Cooperative Society and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
Anni Rasilainen, long-time shopping centre manager of Plaza, will retire in November. Her successor, Riikka Tuomainen, will start in her new role at the beginning of December. Tuomainen will be based in Salo. In addition to commercial management, Realidea is responsible for technical and financial management at Plaza, as well as serving as the managing director of the real estate company.
