Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company has chosen Realidea Oy as its partner at the Kämp Galleria shopping centre located in the heart of Helsinki and the Karuselli shopping centre opened last year in Kerava.
From the beginning of December, Realidea will be in charge of the commercial management and marketing of the Kämp Galleria and Karuselli shopping centres owned by Ilmarinen. Tanja Pasanen will be the shopping centres’ Business & Marketing Manager and Anni Martikainen the Marketing Coordinator.
“Our goal is to create a new kind of proactive and customer-oriented approach to managing the shopping centres. We believe Realidea has the type of shopping centre management experience and leasing expertise that will provide Ilmarinen with the best support in achieving this,” says Ville Laurila, Letting Manager at Ilmarinen.
