Real estate consultant company Realidea Oy has been selected to take care of the overall commercial management and leasing of the commercial properties owned by the eQ Commercial Properties Fund (AIF) Special Investment Fund from 1 June 2023.
The portfolio of the eQ Commercial Properties Fund includes several shopping and local service centres and retail parks especially in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, including Malmin Nova in Helsinki, Bredis, Entresse and Liila in Espoo, and Dixi and Kivis (to open in autumn 2023) in Vantaa.
