The cooperation between real estate consultant company Realidea Oy and real estate investment company Nrep is intensifying. Nrep has selected Realidea to take charge of the overall commercial management of its Arabia, Duo, Columbus and Grani shopping centres.
Realidea is Nrep’s long-standing partner for new leasing of shopping centre retail space. As of August, Realidea will also be the commercial manager of Nrep’s shopping centres, which include the Arabia shopping centre in Arabianranta and Columbus in Vuosaari, which are both in Helsinki, Duo in Hervanta, Tampere and Grani in Kauniainen.
