The Sello shopping centre in Espoo received excellent results in a comparison that measured the technical readiness of buildings for smart energy management and use. “We beat the other properties assessed by a huge margin,” says Olli Paunola, Sello’s Property Manager. Sello has been carrying out systematic work with Siemens for over a decade to promote sustainable development.
