Shopping centers are attractive – visitor numbers are growing and the rental market is active

The 18 shopping and commercial centres managed by Realidea performed excellently in 2024:

• The number of visitors to our centres increased by 4.4% last year. There were nearly 100 million customer visits in total, and the total sales of the centres climbed to 1.5 billion euros. This year, the growth in customer numbers has also continued, with a 2.8% increase in January compared to January last year.
• Last year, we negotiated nearly 200 rental agreements covering approximately 78,000 m² of commercial space. New rental agreements were made across all sectors of trade and services, including both international and domestic chains and local entrepreneurs.

The total commercial space of the centres we manage is 370,000 m², and there are approximately 800 tenants in total. The key to success is the active development of the centres and close cooperation with our clients, tenants, and partners.
